Can someone give me advice about being a first time traveler?

I am traveling to Morocco in March and I just need to know about how much money to take, where and how to rent a car there for a few days, and things I can or cant pack in my checked luggage....I am curious about alot..Can anyone give me some info...PLEASE?Can someone give me advice about being a first time traveler?
Money: Travel with as little money as you need to get you through the airport and onto your flight. Unless you are traveling to a remote area, you should be able to use your ATM card (or credit card) to get cash at machines in the country you are traveling to, usually at the destination airport. They'll dispense, obviously, in the currency of the country you are visiting, it's cheaper than exchanging currency after you get there, and it's safer than carrying around large amounts of cash.

Check with your bank and credit card issuers before you leave to see if your cards are accepted for use in the country(ies) you are visiting, and also check to see what fees they charge, if any, for currency exchange and ATM usage.

Car rental: Go to web sites like kemwel.com, or even avis.com and hertz.com to check for car rental availability if you want a car as soon as you arrive. If you just want a car for certain days, check ahead with your hotel and see if they have a car rental service on site. Sometimes it is cheaper to rent on just the days you actually want the car, rather than rent for the duration of the trip and leave the car parked for several of those days.

Luggage allowed/disallowed: Check the TSA's web site at www.tsa.gov.

First of all do not take cash, either take travelers checks, debit card(because people need a pin # to access), or a prepaid debit card.

Easiest to rent a car at airport. Never give your passport as collateral for anything ever. Once at hotel keep all expensive personal stuff in safety deposit box. Have a guide ahead of time to list safe and unsafe places to be in city. Dont ever give strangers or bums money they only want to see how much you have. Have fun travel in groups and good luck..
Make a copy of your passport and any other ID just in case you lose it or gets stolen.Use atm when you need cash and always figure on $100 a day. Some days you will spend that much but most days you won't so it all evens out in the end.Always be careful and even more if you are traveling by yourself.Enjoy your trip!!!!!!!!!
Basic tips:

Make sure you have your passport

Get to the airport at least 2 hours early

There's a website for travelers, check the airport websites for restrictions on carry stuff, size of bottles etc.

don't wear any metal going to the airport security, be prepared to take your shoes, belt, jackets off

Call your hotel and see if there's in room safe to use

Leave the programme to Morocco and come to India. i will arrange everything for you. you may enjoy a super and ever memorable tour in free of cost if you selected by a simple test. Just tel me something about yot you, such as your name, age, sex, hobby etc. Plz. inform me about likings and don't forget to send your recent Photo. Best of Luck.
Check tripadvisor.com and travbuddy.com forums. Both of those sites are pretty useful in getting information from people who have actually been there or live there. They may be able to recommend a specific car or tour company, or show you around themselves.
