What do you think of a person that gets advice about all her problems on Yahoo answers?

I know a woman who gets advice on yahoo answers about all her problems, and actually puts alot of stock in the answers she gets. She actually bases the outcome of the problem on the answers she gets!!! Whats your opinion about that? What do you think of a person that gets advice about all her problems on Yahoo answers?
I would think you have too much time on your hands! What do you think of a person that gets advice about all her problems on Yahoo answers?
Well, as long as she doesn't take it too seriously, it seems OK to get some input from others, but we must remember, we are all strangers to each other.
I think that Yahoo Answers has some very wise people in it.

I also think Yahoo Answers has some really really dumb people in it.

My take on this one is that Yahoo Answers can be a really valuable resource, but it is no substitute for common sense or the advice of a trusted friend or family member.
I think answers in Yahoo sometimes make sense, but one has to look at the context, and weigh it accordingly. Review the response and see how much thought goes into it, and whether it is logical. Personally, if it was general technical questions, then that's not that big a deal to get answers from Yahoo! But for personal questions, or somewhat arbitrary questions, you can't always just fully 100% trust answers from basically complete strangers.
I think she has no time to think herself, but it is essential to think from your own mind first, then asking. But anyways its her life, what makes you disturb about it, do you have so much of time to poke your nose on her q/a. Bad manner, you should concentrate on your activity.
I think that the woman that you know is very open with others and isn't afraid to show that everyone has troubles every once in a while. This statment can be good or bad.
she's either a simpleton or she's on crack.

God bless.
That they have nothing better to do then ask complete strangers that don't know them to make all their life decisions
kinda sad. sure some answers can help but if it looks something like this:

Q: should i divorce my husband for no reason?

A: hell yeah!

Q: alright then, thanks

then maybe she should think twice about acting on any advice given by strangers ;)
sick!
That is very good.
I think many people come here looking for validation on an opinion they have already formed.

This IS a good place for advice because you get a wide range of opinions. Unfortunately, response quality is often based on the time when the question is posted.

This place is a good location for seeing if a belief someone already has is valid or not. (i.e. if other people agree./disagree)
what do you mean i think that im lost here but if thats something gross or bad or totally weird then i give that a thumbs down.
My opinion is that she doesn't have enough adequate friends to talk to.
I hope she only follows the best answers.
I used to know someone who got ALL of their answers from a Magic 8-Ball
Maybe she has low self esteem %26amp; has no confidance in herself so she puts her life choices into the hands of others. She may not have close family %26amp;/or friends that she can confided in or seek advice from. Yahoo answers is a fast %26amp; sometimes effective way to get help/answers to your questions. Therefore she comes here for help.
Why does it matter? Is someone telling her to dump you?
well i like doing this for fun...but life changing decisions no way....she needs to seek advice from people she trusts....not us strangers on the internet!!
I dont know but jesus all your questions have to do with your friends and I am guessing you do not have any do you?Are you all alone and make up imaginary friends to make yourself feel better?because that is what I do just wish they would answer me back.
I know I wouldn't do that!
Kinda smart in a way...at least she's TRYING to help herself, unlike some wallowers I shall not name here. As long as she ignores the myriad of dumb and rude answers and balances her own common sense with the answers, I suppose there are worse ways to solve one's problems. Hay, you gotta tell me more about your cheezy avatar. Good cheezy...but..why?
well it's a wide variety of opinions, but I think she should make some 3 dimensional friends.
She saved a lot of money on counseling bills.
I think they need advice - that is why they asked
