Can someone give me advice about hemerroids?

I know there are outer ones that come out at times and inner ones that you can't feel but sometimes bleed or whatever.I am wondering if you have inner ones can they start bleeding by doing a lot of heavy lifting.I was carrying pine tree limbs that had been cut down and was bleeding during bowels movements afterward.Can someone give me advice about hemerroids?
I wouldn't worry about hemerroids. It's probably just ordinary, every day, run of the mill colon cancer.

Yes they can, best advise is go see a doctor. I put up with mine for years until I finally had enough. Had them removed and wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. Should have done it years ago. If yours are inside the doctor may be able to band them. No pain, no nothing, then they just fall out.
