Need advice about cranioplasty or skull reshaping in an adult?

For years, I've been distraught over the shape of my head. The back of my skull is misshapen or, rather flat causing the rest of my head to appear round. I hate it, and I want to change it. If anyone out there knows of a good surgeon or support groups, I would appreciate the help. From what I found is that this problem can be solved for infants, but I'm way pass that stage.
