For the past few days, almost a week, my right arm has been hurting. I didn't do anything strenuous. I just woke up and my arm was sore. It hurts in the upper part of my arm, around where the shoulder and the arm meet. It hurts when I move in a certain way, like if I reach to sratch my left shoulder or if I reach behind to scratch my back. My dad thinks I have some sort of inflammation. What could this be? The pain is annoying and it hurts!!Can someone give me some medical advice about my arm please?
You may have just slept with the arm in an odd position and pulled a muscle. It is easy for this to happen. Get some aleve or ibuprofen and take if for a couple of days. If it doesn't improve, see a doctor.Can someone give me some medical advice about my arm please?
You have serious cartlilege damage. You need to rest the arm for a month, and it shall begin to mend.
