Can someone give me advice about going Medical School in Puerto Rico?

Well I am a pre-med student at a great university in the United States. I was always taught to never go to medical school in the caribbean, however I notice that some of the medical schools in Puerto Rico are accredited by the U.S. and are legit. I know they may not be as reputable but I'm sure many people can do just as well. I'm only asking because a lot of my family is there. Please give me some educated input. thanks. Can someone give me advice about going Medical School in Puerto Rico?
Here is a good site that has admission requirements and info on when to apply, and financial aid info. it's easier to go abroad and then transfer back to USA. I studied abroad and will be applying for match later this year.

If you speak FLUENT SPANISH you may do OK but they are not going to make any special effort to teach you in AmeriKan is that is all you can talk. And knowledge medical spanish is an absolute MUST.

As desperate for medically trained people as the U.S. is... then a medical degree from P.R. is just as good as one from Grenada, so you should be OK on that.
