About need some advice about the following?

I need some advice about the following. I referred some to the place that I work at in the same department that I work at. I will begetting 500 dollars if the person stays six months. If I get a better job with more money at the same place or a different place should I take the job? I would be loosing 500 dollars.About need some advice about the following?
That depends on your situation. Is your current job a hostile environment for you? How much more is the other job offering? Is it a better overall place to work and do the benefits outweigh the downside of it?
