The Texas state law DOES indeed state that if a highschool student has all of their needed graduating credits that the school cannot make them stay on campus more then 4 hours a school day correct?I need legal advice about the education system?

Looking down the index on the left side of the home page, there is a tab for ';Education Law and Rules.'; You should find your answer there. Be aware that your local school district may have additional rules that govern your attendance. Check their web site as well.
