Can someone give me some advice about Cucusoft iPod Video Converter?

It has stopped converting most videos and started giving me error messages about not being able to render and me needing codecs. I've reinstalled the program and downloaded and installed the recommended codecs but still no luck. It used to work fine why it's suddenly stopped behaving?
