I still get confuse on how the wires of the casing be connected to the board. Can anyone give an advice about connecting the motherboard to the casing?
You really, really want to read all the documentation for your motherboard when doing that. If you don't have the booklet for your board then go to the website and download it. The booklets spell all the connections out very clearly for you.
The wires themselves should each say which one is which (Power button, Hard Drive LED, etc) Be especially careful with the USB connectors. If you plug them in wrong you can fry the USB ports on your case and anything attached to themCan anyone give an advice about connecting the motherboard to the casing?
Your motherboard needs to isolated from the actual case stand-off connections, the only physical connection is with the Power connections from your Power supply
Look at this page and see if it helps: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?guideID=1043363094003%26amp;categoryRep=cat01000%26amp;type=page%26amp;cmp=%26amp;id=cat12077

Yes, documentation is the best way to guide you to the right connections. Secondly, you can try the manufacturer's website. In fact you may want to verify your documentation with their website.
Thirdly you can examine the motherboard carefully for the small groupings of pins, called headers. Oftentimes near the pins are markings noting what the headers are for, ie USB or Firewire. Then examine the connectors from the casing for the matching use and connect.
It is best to verify everything before you power-up the system. If in doubt. check the manufacturer's website.
Read the manual.
